Tips For Organizing Your Internet Marketing Business
Many people gravitate toward internet marketing because it seems so free and flexible. You can work from anywhere! You decide what hours you want to work. You can dress-up, or down – it’s entirely up to you. The hours you put in each day is up to you.
If you’re successful, you can take as many vacations as you feel like. The freedom, it’s intoxicating! Seems every new online marketer has to learn the value of having a foundation or business structure in place, because lacking that it will be harder to move forward and grow. Email can take a lot of time, so set-up times for taking care of it twice during the business day.
In time, you’ll be receiving regular postal mail in addition to your email. Devote a couple of thirty minute blocks to checking and responding to and filing your mail. This will help keep you focused on your other tasks but ensures that your mail will not sit unopened for days at a time.
You know IM related emails need to be addressed no more than a day or two after receiving them. This kind of organization keeps you focused on your business tasks and relieves you of feeling like every email is urgent and needs your immediate attention.
Get a handle on your emails and organize them. It isn’t really needed to get overly complicated with this, though. Just assign each client to their own folder, then keep all your emails from clients in their respective folders. This way the only items in your inbox will be e-mails that you still need to pay attention to or reply to. You might even create a folder for each year so that you can track how much business you do with each client in a given year.
If you make any appointments, always immediately write them down on either your appointment book, calendar, or both. Set up e-mail reminders for appointments (both online and off) that aren’t for a while. You probably know already, but if you delay writing down your appointments you run the risk of forgetting all about it. It’s certain that you would not want to miss an important conference call with some Vice President, right? Naturally if you write everything down, then you’ll avoid this kind of embarrassment.
You’ll find that organizing your business will increase your profits. Your business will become more efficient, no doubt, and you won’t waste any time unnecessarily. If you take the time to build organization in your business, you’ll be able to keep a closer eye on everything.

What's a drawing folder that will actually last?
My drawing binder ripped again!!
So far I've used:
Binders, Folders, Conference Folders, Envelopes, Those Filing Envelopes, Filers, Construction Paper... >_< I want something that will last!!
So for now, I'm just going to tape paper and make a folder...
I hope that will last -.o... Does anyone have anything they use as a drawing binder that actually lasts?? And is portable too of course ^^
Binders do tend to rip, huh? I don't use binders because of that reason. Go to a local art supply stores or hobby craft stores like Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics & look at their drawing tablets or sketchbooks. You can't add your own papers to these, but you can of course use the paper in the books for your work. They last forever & never rip. I have some that are over 10 years old & they are a strong as ever! You can get different sizes & numbers of pages. Hope this helped!
