Problems with an mp4 player.?
it worked fine until i one day, i plug it in to the computer, put songs on it, take it out, and it says give me the "Error! please reformat the interior files using the segmatel formater" or something similar. Now, when i plug the mp4 player into the computer, the my computer screen doesn't respond right away, and it wont even open the files i have on my mp4 player. then the whole computer freezes. This happened like 5 times already. Please tell me what i am supposed to do. My player wont even turn on. it gets the error screen everytime i try doing something. Thanks.
