Nanometer Additive of Greaseproof, Waterproof, and Stick-free

Greaseproof and Waterproof Additives:
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (F.D.A.) approve the additives we use, they are poison-free and harmless to human body. Furthermore, it has been testified that will not affect the biodegradation. And the greaseproof result reaches the international standard.

Surface Treatment:

Stick-free treatment and the forming method of high temperature and pressure make the fiber smooth. Moreover, the spray coating comply with F.D.A. standard was applied to the fibrous pore of the surface to make the fiber totally leveling and stick-free. It is reliable and resists heat, grease and water, never influences food savor and does no harm to human body. Whole production process causes neither toxic substances nor pollution, and has been approved best technique of additive application.

Others’Approaches and Applications:
Mostly, liquid acrylic, latex, resin or coating contains EVA are used as surface treatment materials. While in the high temperature, the latex and EVA will dissolve then easily mix with the food and been ate. It has absolute harm, more serious than that of Styrofoam or plastic tableware, to our health. Furthermore, there is no examination report issued by any objective testing institution. The simplest check is to see whether the surface reflects light, and the color easily turns yellow while being exposed in air and sun.

Basically, liquid acrylic, latex, resin or EVA added additives are all via volatility dissolvent as the medium. It turns yellow easily because of acidity.
Note: the main usage of EVA is to make industrial adhesive, such as hot glue, and instant glue etc.
Pulp mould employs plenty of agriculture waste, and adds no plastics and adhesives during production process. Furthermore, the surface does not coat with plastic laminate. The biotechnology results in naturally and totally decomposing the product into fertilizer. This recycle circulation reduces the energy consumption.

PE coating lamination:
Coating-lamination is using the vacuum-forming method to coat heated quasi-dissolve plastic laminate onto goods. And it is waterproof, greaseproof and stick-free because of the plastic laminate. Like the resin and EVA, this product did not improve its heat resistance level. It’s easily dissolve in the high temperature. Another drawback is this method affect the result of nature biodegradation. It causes environmental pollution.
